Matisse: The Cut-Outs
Interpretation design and production

Bright yellow 'cut-outs' from the campaign identity were used to visually link the on-site visuals. Working with GF Smith Papers the exhibition's title was hand-cut from textured papers similar to those originally cut-out by Matisse. Wall texts and supporting photographs were printed on fabric and relief mounted to the wall.

Each element of supporting graphic design was cut-out and attached by hand, sympathetically mirroring the exhibitions focus.
