Marketing materials for Tate Modern's Autumn 2014 exhibition.
The use of raster dots is taken directly from Polke’s Girlfriends artwork communicating the artist’s inventiveness in layering, distorting and empathising xerox print processes and glitches.
The bright background washes also recall Polke’s uranium photographs, providing a field of colour for the lead image to sit. This graphic can morph to fit various print and screen formats.
